Our experience with McGregor Roof Replacements was excellent. We were impressed with them beginning with our first interaction with Bobby (Sales). He was punctual, honest, and gave us options regarding various roofing materials. We opted for the metal 5V roof and are very very pleased with the product and the look - as he ensured we would be! The project started a few days ahead of schedule and was completed precisely when they said it would be. Ta'Riq, the supervisor on the job, was diligent and routinely updated us on progress throughout the installation. He narrated and shot multiple videos as he walked the roof and inspected the work of the crew. Ta' Riq's oversight and follow-up was impressive and appreciated. His entire crew was polite, efficient, and admittedly proud to work for McGregor Roof Replacements. There are many roofing companies to choose from, but I can highly recommend McGregor Roof Replacements - we were delighted with the work and what we felt was a very fair price.

We recently had McGregor Roof Replacements replace the roof on our home in south Naples, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. McGregor Roof Replacements did an amazing job putting up our Christmas lights this year. Their team was prompt, professional and worked quickly to get the job done. Once they got started I decided I wanted more done than originally anticipated and they were happy to make it happen for me! Highly professional, detailed, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. McGregor Roof Replacements staff, especially Karl Sheen and Nancy Thompson, made the job of replacing my entire roof easy and hassle free. They handled the insurance company expertly. The construction team was on time, they cleaned up afterwards, and the results are gorgeous! One small note: how many other roofing companies would start the job with a nice bottle of wine and a thank you note left on your doorstep?!

Making those initial calls to a few roofing companies was somewhat scary. We had 4 appointments set and only 2 even showed up. One guy came and gave us a hand written quote without even getting up on the roof. Sean came on time, did a full inspection, and came back a couple days later to go over everything with us. Our roof was put on 3 week later and everything went according to plan! Sean was here in Naples for the installation and made sure everything was cleaned up when the crew was done. We are 100% happy and would recommend McGregor Roof Replacements and Sean to anyone in need of a new roof!

I've heard all the Florida stories; needing a new roof immediately puts you into this nightmare of shifty contractors, unavailable products, long wait times, and broken promises, ugh. So I was prepared for the worst when Helene took some of our roof off. I did my due diligence; I checked with my city for licensed and approved contractors, I looked at google reviews, and I called the companies that made the tile and/or metal that I was considering putting on my roof to see who they recommended in my area. That's actually how I accidentally ended up finding McGregor Roof Replacements-the tile company had sent me to a roofing company in Charlotte, NC instead of Charlotte County, FL. They were VERY confused when I called them, lol, but they strongly recommended McGregor Roof Replacements, so I checked them out online and added them to my list of 3 companies to interview. Company #1 comes out and we get the hard-press-scare-you used car salesman sales tactics. This may work on the elderly, but it didn't sit well with us. Company #2 was solid but only sold aluminum metal roofs, which was our only option besides tile because we live on the ocean and if you look closely at the steel roof warranties they aren't so happy about coastal properties. Anyhoo, the aluminum roof was $25,000 more expensive than tile. For a 1700 sq ft house. Ouch. Company #3 was McGregor Roof Replacements & Roofing. From the jump Bill was respectful, thoughtful, and asked a lot of good questions about what we wanted for a roof. He also went up on the roof and checked the existing damage from Helene. We told him we'd like three pricing options for tile, aluminum, and some fancy resin roofs out there that we were considering. His presentation was professional, quick, and balanced with the pro's and con's. One of the things we really liked was that their tile roofs are screwed on with stainless steel screws instead of nailed on with galvanized nails, which corrode and disintegrate in coastal areas in a few years. We also liked how detailed their price sheet was-we could see exactly how many stainless steel screws we were paying for. So we crossed our fingers and went with McGregor Roof Replacements. Here's where the story really gets good-they consistently under-promised and over-performed. The tile I wanted was actually in stock, and instead of having to wait for months, it was on my roof within two weeks. The project manager, Ta' Riq, created a group text and consistently sent me live video updates FROM THE ROOF as they were working on it so when issues occurred I could make the decisions on what to do in real time rather than hearing about it later. Ta' Riq was also professional and consistent. We were prepared for what to expect with the tear off as Bill had gone over it with us very thoroughly. It was amazing how many people showed up, how fast they worked, and how nothing was damaged. The people working on the roof were also nice-when I was out walking our dog they'd wave to us from the roof lol. The materials that were promised in the contract were the materials that showed up on the roof. The underlayment of a tile roof is really what keeps your house dry, and I had done my homework about what kind I wanted (Owens Corning), and it was the same type McGregor Roof Replacements recommended and installed. The teardown and dry-in was done in two days, and they hustled to get most of the roof on before we had a weird late season tropical storm. The next day they were back at it and had the roof done. All in all from signing the contract to the final approval from the city for a finished roof was about 2 weeks. That's freaking amazing. They were efficient, competent, and talented. My roof looks gorgeous. Our 27 year old house had its original roof on it and is surrounded by new, million dollar plus homes, and so we went from being "that house" to "look at THAT house so cute omg!" Again, I can't say enough good things about these folks and I'm still pinching myself that I have a beautiful roof and ZERO headaches about the entire process thanks to them.

Bobby did an outstanding job helping me with my new tile roof. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. He's hands down the best salesman I've dealt with-his communication was excellent and he kept me updated every step of the way. Couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend asking for Bobby if you're looking at getting a roof!

Let me start by saying I have never felt compelled to write a google review. Having said that I have worked with dozens of contractors over the years and my experience with the McGregor Roof Replacements team and Bill Demersky was the best experience ever. I contacted them 3 years ago to repair a leak on my 20+ year old tile roof on Marco. They did a great job on the repair but I was most impressed that Bill drove 7 hours round trip to a tile boneyard to match tile on a repair that was a less that $3000. Had another leak in a different spot this fall and decided to replace the roof. Bill gave me all the options on materials, worked with my design firm and we decided to go with the Worthouse metal tile. It turned out great but what was most important was the way McGregor Roof Replacements managed the job. We live in Ohio so doing a remote project is always a bit tricky. The communication from McGregor Roof Replacements is exemplary. Status updates we on time and they do a great job over communicating the step by step process. When on site they sent me multiple video updates daily of every step as well as real time calls from the roof while working. Everyone who worked at our house was professional, friendly, and communicative. Bill is always available on his cell by call or text. By far the best contractor I have ever worked with. I'm sure they are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
